Coastal Cleaning Management was founded in the early 1990s by Jessica Meixsell.  She started as a window cleaning company servicing retail and various other locations.  Eventually she branched out into janitorial, floor & carpet care, awning cleaning and pressure washing.  Cleaning retail stores required a balance of speed and efficency.  CCM partnered with the store managers to meet their goals for the daily store opening.  Learning how to clean retail stores to the high standards prepared Jessica to provide unprecedented service to the commercial industry.  Currently CCM handles a wide range of cleaning services required by offices, buildings, shopping locations, property managers and homeowner associations. Today, CCM is committed to exceeding our customers expectations.

Coastal Cleaning Management has created a variety of innovative cleaning programs and value-added services to help its clients building, office space or community flourish with cleanliness. CCM’s industry trained staff works side by side with property and building managers to develop and maintain a cleaning plan tailored to fit any need or specific requirements.
